Question Writers
People who have applied to write questions, and the ones you have approved. Approving someone as a writer lets them submit into the review queue — it never publishes anything.
A reviewer is a bigger grant, so read this before choosing it. A reviewer can approve what writers submit — that is what puts a question live — and can open Questions to edit, note, flag and delete questions that are already in the game. They never receive the admin passcode, and their sessions last 8 hours. What they cannot do is destroy anything: their delete archives the question and pulls it out of the game, but only you can remove it for good. Revoking someone below kills their access immediately rather than at the end of their session.

Approved
Both paste switches start off. Paste in lets them paste into the question form — leave it off and they must type, so they cannot compose the bank in their own document and keep a copy. Copy out lets them select and copy questions off their screens — leave it off and they cannot harvest what is already here.
